Lomond Folk Festival: Day 2!

Saturday is a packed day of entertainment at the Lomond Folk Festival, with both sites, the Moss o’ Balloch & Loch Lomond Shores now in full swing!

at 11:45 there is the official opening at the Villiage Square in Balloch followed with the opening of the Market & Craft Fair at the Moss o’ Balloch & Tea Room in St Kessogs Church Hall.

at 12:00 the Moss o’ Balloch Marquee, The Gateway Centre at Loch Lomond Shores & Music Workshops at St Kessogs all kick off.

at 12:30 the two open stages begin a day full of free music

at 1pm the open music sessions at the Maid of The Loch begin

at 5pm VIP ticket holders can enter The Gateway Centre to hear soundchecks

at 7pm the Gateway Centre doors open to all, with a 7:30 start. For those looking for a bite to eat there is a barbecue on the go at the Gateway Centre all evening too. Tonights concert is headlined by Skerryvore with support from The John Langan Band and Folk Factor winners the OLSP Trad Band. Tickets are available at the booking office at the Moss o’ Balloch, Loch Lomond Gift House on Balloch Road or The Gateway Centre its self, any tickets remaining will be on the door.
